Overview

The Great Migration Safari involves the movement of more than 2 million animals including Wildebeest, Zebras, and Gazelles within the Serengeti ecosystem. The Wildebeest Migration is the strongest reason that makes Serengeti National Park a Natural World Wonder. Mara River crossing is one of the great experience during this safari. This experience is packed with action, as the migration herds undergo challenges while crossing the River as there are so many hungry Crocodiles and drowning.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO)

Meet with your Professional Safari Guide upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport. After greetings and little information, the Guide will transfer you to the reputable Hotel for dinner and relaxation. Just relax and enjoy the beauty of Tanzania, ready for the next day’s Safari to witness the best Tanzania attractions. Be free to ask your Out Go Tanzania guide any questions of your interest.

Dinner and overnight at a Hotel in Arusha

Day 2: Arusha to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Enjoy the delicious breakfast, then depart to Ngorongoro with your packed lunchboxes. On the way explore attractions like Maasai village, Maasai shepherd herding their cattle, flat top acacia woodland etc. Then descend over 600 meters down to the crater floor one of the unique destination with more to experience. You might see animals such as Rhinos, Zebras, Hippos, Lions, and many other animals.

Day 3: Ngorongoro to Serengeti National Park (Serengeti Central)

Early in the morning after breakfast, we depart to Serengeti National Park with our packed lunchboxes. This is another awesome destination when comes to landscape, Bird species, and animal species. Serengeti is reach in terms of natural resources and you will have a chance to explore many animals at the central Serengeti “Seronera”. Upon reaching the Park enjoy your picnic lunch, later followed by a game drive.

Day 4 & 5: Serengeti Central to Serengeti Northern Area

Get ready for a very early breakfast, then depart to the northern part with your packed lunch boxes. The northern part has a story to tell about Serengeti National Park, it has answers to why Serengeti is among the World’s Natural Wonder. Experience more than 2 million animals crossing the Mara river and witness how many will manage to cross over very hungry Crocodiles. 

Option: Balloon ride in day five at an Extra cost

Dinner and overnight in Camp – Serengeti.

Day 6: Kogatende Airstrip to Arusha Airport

Enjoy your breakfast, then depart to the Kogatende airstrip in time for your shared charter flight to Arusha Airport. Upon reaching Arusha Airport, you will meet your guide for transfer to the hotel for relaxation or day room, followed by the palatable Lunch. Depending on your departure flight your guide will transfer you to Kilimanjaro Airport.
